‼️ Katasztrófahelyzet a hulladékgazdálkodásban ‼️💣 Gyakorlatilag összeomlott a visszagyűjtési rendszer!👉 A napokban írta meg a szabadeuropa.hu, hogy a fémhulladékok területén a MOL-koncesszió tavaly nyári elindulását követően 40 százaléknyi fémhulladék eltűnt a visszagyűjtési rendszerből.😱 A Párbeszéd – ZÖLDEK által a MOHU MOL-tól kikért adatok alapján a helyzet még ennél is drámaibb. A fémhulladékok messze nem a legrosszabb területe a koncessziós visszagyűjtési rendszernek, vannak olyan anyagtípusok, ahol 80-90 százalékos volt a visszaesés 2023. II. félévében a korábbi a rendszer által produkált – amúgy még mindig túl alacsony – számokhoz képest!😡 Az üveg visszagyűjtésében közel 90 százalékos volt a csökkenés, a műanyag esetében majdnem 80 százalékos, de kevesebb mint felére csökkentek a begyűjtött mennyiségek az akkumulátoroknál és a gumiabroncsoknál is, közel 40 százalékos visszaesés volt tapasztalható a papír és (a mi adataink szerint) több mint 30 százalékos a fémek esetében!♻️ A rendszerből kieső, százezer tonnás nagyságrendű hulladékmennyiségek jobb esetben a hasznosítás helyett lerakásra kerültek, rosszabb esetben illegálisan szabadultak meg tőlük. A nem működő koncessziós rendszer nem csupán az EU-s előírásokat és célokat nem tudja teljesíteni (ezért a hírek szerint a kormány halasztás kíván kérni az uniós célok elérésére), de képtelen egy fenntartható, zöld, körforgásos hulladékgazdálkodás kialakítására is Magyarországon.😭 Ráadásul még az sem mondható, hogy a kezdeti bizonytalankodás, az új rendszer beállása után fokozatosan javulni kezdtek az eredmények. A visszagyűjtési adatok az egész 2023. II. félévben rosszak, hullámzó teljesítményt mutatva. Nincs jele annak, hogy a tanulási folyamatot követően működni kezdene a rendszer!☝ A Párbeszéd – ZÖLDEK egy éve folyamatosan figyelmeztet arra, hogy a koncessziós elképzelés drága, piactorzító, működésképtelen és alkalmatlan a környezetvédelmi célok, a körforgásos gazdaságra való átállás megvalósítására!🕵️♀️ Ezért javasoltuk korábban egy parlamenti vizsgálóbizottság felállítását a hulladékgazdálkodásban kialakult katasztrófahelyzet felmérésére és az ellenzéki pártok, szakmai és civil szervezetek, szakértők bevonásával a válsághelyzetből kivezető út, egy működőképes hulladékgazdálkodási rendszer kidolgozására!👉 Változtassunk közösen!
